Different devices have vastly varying vibration isolation needs due
to differences in their mass, center of gravity, and operating
frequencies. Xi'an Hoan Microwave Co., Ltd. understands this well –
its JZP rubber damping vibration isolators are not fixed standard
products, but a serialized solution with excellent broadband
adaptability.
Engineers can precisely adjust the stiffness (rated load) and
damping coefficient of JZP isolators by modifying the rubber
formula (such as carbon black content and polymer type),
vulcanization process, and the isolator's shape and structure (such
as cylindrical, rectangular, or ribbed designs). This allows the
JZP series to offer multiple specifications and models, matching
equipment ranging from tens of kilograms to several tons in weight,
and optimized for different interference frequencies.
For example, for devices with high-speed rotating motors that
mainly generate high-frequency vibrations, models with slightly
lower stiffness, emphasizing isolation performance, can be
selected. For heavy-duty equipment prone to low-frequency,
large-amplitude swaying, models with higher damping, capable of
quickly suppressing transient impacts, are preferred. This
"tailor-made" design philosophy ensures that every device equipped
with JZP isolators receives the most suitable vibration isolation
solution, thereby achieving optimal performance and the longest
