The housing and connecting parts are usually made of high-quality galvanized steel or stainless steel, and undergo multi-layer protection treatment, enabling them to easily meet IP rating protection requirements and effectively resist erosion from moisture and corrosive gases.

Structural-Level Reliability Design
The entire vibration isolator has a compact structure, with no complex moving joints or vulnerable flexible membranes, fundamentally reducing the risk of failure. Designers have fully optimized structural stress through finite element analysis, ensuring that no plastic deformation or damage occurs even under extreme loads. A unique locking mechanism prevents the vibration isolator from detaching from the equipment during transportation or installation, enhancing the safety of the entire system.
