Reliability Engineering of JMZ-TK Vibration Isolators
Any excellent engineering product must ultimately withstand the
severe tests of real-world environments. For vibration isolators,
they may need to operate stably for a long time under harsh
conditions such as humidity, salt spray, high-low temperature
cycles, and dust. From the very beginning of its design, Xi'an Hoan
Microwave Co., Ltd. has taken "reliability" as the core gene of the
JMZ-TK series friction damping vibration isolators.
Material-Level Reliability Assurance
Key components of the JMZ-TK, especially the friction pairs, are
made of high-performance wear-resistant composite materials and
special alloys. These materials have undergone rigorous screening
and testing, featuring low creep, anti-aging, and
corrosion-resistant properties. Even under long-term loads, they
can maintain stable mechanical performance and precise friction
coefficients. The housing and connecting parts are usually made of
high-quality galvanized steel or stainless steel, and undergo
multi-layer protection treatment, enabling them to easily meet IP
rating protection requirements and effectively resist erosion from
moisture and corrosive gases.
Structural-Level Reliability Design
The entire vibration isolator has a compact structure, with no
complex moving joints or vulnerable flexible membranes,
fundamentally reducing the risk of failure. Designers have fully
optimized structural stress through finite element analysis,
ensuring that no plastic deformation or damage occurs even under
extreme loads. A unique locking mechanism prevents the vibration
isolator from detaching from the equipment during transportation or
installation, enhancing the safety of the entire system.
Process-Level Reliability Control
Xi'an Hoan has a comprehensive quality management system. Every
process, from raw material warehousing to finished product
delivery, is under strict control. Critical processes such as
preload application for friction pairs and damping force
calibration are completed by precision tooling and equipment,
ensuring that every JMZ-TK vibration isolator leaving the factory
has highly consistent and reliable performance.
