Towards the Future: Development Prospect of the JZP Series and Intelligent Vibration Isolation Technology

continues to invest heavily in R&D, focusing on the emerging
demands that future on-vehicle systems will place on vibration
isolation technology. The JZP Series platform is evolving towards a
smarter, more integrated, and more active direction.
Intelligent Vibration Isolation and Condition Monitoring
Future generations of the JZP Series may integrate micro MEMS
accelerometers and IoT modules, enabling them to not only isolate
vibration but also real-time monitor their own vibration isolation
status and the vibration magnitude endured by the equipment. This
data can be uploaded to cloud platforms via wireless networks,
supporting predictive maintenance, fleet management system
optimization, and even providing data for vehicle Prognostics and
Health Management (PHM).
Active and Semi-Active Vibration Isolation Technologies
For scenarios with ultra-high vibration isolation requirements—such
as on-vehicle lithography machines and quantum communication
devices—passive vibration isolation has its physical limitations.
Xi'an Hoan is exploring active/semi-active vibration isolation
technologies based on the JZP platform architecture. By using
sensors to detect vibration, controllers to perform real-time
calculations, and actuators to generate counteracting forces, it
can achieve ultimate control over specific frequency vibrations,
especially low-frequency ones.
